Return Policy

At PrintPoint Services, we strive to deliver the highest quality printing products. Because most of our products are custom-made to your specifications, our return policy is designed to address quality issues while being fair to both parties.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order has any of the following issues, we will reprint it at no additional cost:

• Print Defects: Smudges, streaks, misalignment, or color inaccuracies caused by our equipment.
• Wrong Specifications: Incorrect size, paper type, or finish that differs from what was ordered.
• Damaged Products: Items damaged during production or packaging before delivery.
• Missing Items: Incomplete orders where items are missing from your package.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom printed items that match the approved design and specifications.
• Orders where the customer provided incorrect files or specifications.
• Products with minor color variations due to screen-to-print differences.
• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

To initiate a return or reprint request:

• Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Step 2: Provide your order details and clear photos of the issue.
• Step 3: Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.
• Step 4: If approved, we will reprint or refund as appropriate.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. For cash payments, refunds can be collected in-store or transferred to your bank account.

Orders can be cancelled before production begins at no charge. Once production has started, cancellation may incur a partial charge depending on the stage of completion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
