PrintPoint provides professional printing services including but not limited to business cards, banners, stickers, mugs, t-shirts, signage, laser engraving, and other customized printing solutions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

• All orders are placed via WhatsApp or through our website contact form.
• Prices are quoted individually based on your specific requirements (quantity, size, material, etc.).
• Payment must be completed before or upon delivery as agreed at the time of order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Customers are responsible for providing print-ready files in the correct format and resolution.
• PrintPoint is not liable for errors in customer-supplied artwork, text, or designs.
• Minor color variations between screen display and printed output may occur due to differences in printing technology and materials.
• We may offer design assistance, but final approval of the design rests with the customer.

• Estimated production times are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed.
• Delivery timelines depend on the order size, complexity, and shipping method.
• PrintPoint is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

We strive to deliver the highest quality prints. If you receive a defective or incorrect product due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a reprint or refund at our discretion after verifying the issue.

• Customers must have the legal right to reproduce any logos, images, or content submitted for printing.
• PrintPoint will not be held responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-submitted materials.
• All content on our website (text, images, design) is the property of PrintPoint and may not be reproduced without permission.

PrintPoint's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund.
• Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible or may incur charges.
• Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once approved for production.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
