PrintPoint Services offers both in-store pickup and delivery options for your printing orders. This policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, and charges.

Most standard orders can be picked up from our store within 1-2 hours of order confirmation. Custom and bulk orders may require 24-48 hours. We will notify you via WhatsApp or phone when your order is ready for pickup.

Store Location: Main Market, City, Pakistan

We offer local delivery within the city with the following details:

• Standard Delivery: Within 24-48 hours of order completion.
• Express Delivery: Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 2 PM (additional charges apply).
• Delivery Charges: Vary based on distance and order size. Free delivery for orders above Rs. 5,000.

For customers outside our city, we offer nationwide shipping through trusted courier partners:

• Processing Time: 1-2 business days for order preparation.
• Shipping Time: 3-5 business days depending on location.
• Shipping Cost: Calculated based on package weight and destination. Estimated at checkout.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp once shipped.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Large format prints such as panaflex, banners, and standees are rolled in protective tubes. Fragile items like mugs are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in sturdy boxes.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Please inspect your package at the time of delivery when possible.

For local deliveries, our delivery person will contact you directly. For nationwide shipments, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can also contact us for updates on your order status.
